well, its time for my yearly rock bottom work out scedule. i usually lose about 20 pounds then it comes back with friends. but not this time...im all about veg..veg...the green and orange things that come with my meat.also im just fed up with it and kinda full o energy. so its either work out every day or go nuts and jump around like a bullfrog on steroids.ive also limited my self to jst 3 meals
mornin -oatmeal or cream o wheat (it not so bad)
noon- vegitablessss (pass da ranch)
night- whatevers around (in a small portion though)

i had to stop last time because i fooked up my leg, you know muscles hangin outside my leg and all. ( plus me being afraid the muscle going to tear out again..it looked gross)

but now no fear!! it on!
its 80 pounds by next anijam or bust!!!
